These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of the AI Influencer Starter Kit ("the Kit") from Ikarza ("we," "us," "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

What You Are Buying

The Kit is a digital product consisting of AI image generation prompt templates, guides, tool recommendations, and related content. It is delivered as instant access to content on this website. There is no physical product, no software download, and no ongoing service.

Price and Payment

The Kit costs $19.99 (USD), a one-time payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

Delivery

Access is granted instantly upon successful payment. Content is unlocked on this website via your browser. Access persists through your browser's local storage. We do not create user accounts or require login credentials.

If you clear your browser data or switch devices, your access may need to be restored. Contact us at hello@ikarza.com with your Stripe receipt and we will help.

Refund Policy

Because the Kit is digital content delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds.

By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If the product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. Contact us if you believe this applies.

Intellectual Property

The Kit content (text, images, templates, guides) is owned by Ikarza. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own creative and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Kit itself.

AI images you generate using our prompt templates are yours — your rights to those outputs are governed by the terms of the AI tool you use (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux), not by us.

Disclaimer

The Kit provides educational content and creative templates. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or follower growth. AI image generation tools are third-party services with their own terms, pricing, and limitations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the Kit is limited to the amount you paid ($19.99). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
